This is Lee Schallers' N9857P 44-84962 stored now for many years at Schellville in the San Francisco bay area.

N9857P should be 44-84962, brought back from Indonesia by Stephen Johnson.
Reportedly an former ROKAF Mustang.
This plane's history with AURI, the Indonesian Air Force, is a headache.
It's reported as F-312, but is most probably the second F-312, as the first one was (or was supposed to be) 44-13042,
a former NEIAF Mustang maybe lost in AURI service. Also reported as a Korean War loss by the korwald database!
It is also one of two candidates (so far) for the rebuilt MDAP AURI Cavalier F-364 (possible new serial 72-1538), the other candidate being 45-11447. The plane was recovered by Stephen Johnson and restored for Lee Schaller. It's now stored at Schellville. It's also case#233.

Case Closed!
