Here are some of my favorite pics from 2007.
<HR>
Jimmy Leeward doing an evening run-up.  His attention is to the right side where
Dan Martin is doing something to one of his crew.   Whip blue

This young racer was in the Strega camp looking a bit run down after a long day.  He needs a big cheeseburger
to pick him up.  I asked him if I could take his picture.  He looked at my like "do I look like I care?".

Get up early and stay late and Stead will reward you with some cool sunrises and sunsets.

Leeward, Brown (in Tigercat), Hoot Gibson and now Cabanas.  What do they all have in common?
A Photog's dream line at the pylons.  They fly low and tight and look like they are coming at you
at eye level ... very cool!  Dawson is also up there.

Toughest to shoot?  Tiger, Smoot, Hisey and Button all get shot the least by me because I have to pivot
high to catch them - an awkward pan.

Cabanas put on a low flying show this year.  Shocked

Great to see the Eberhardt's back in action.  They suffered twice in 2006 with a blown (exploded)
merlin and a truly exploded tail section when the O2 bottles blew in the pits.  Shocked

What a come-back and a great looking P-51.

On downwind for the start.  Looks like Sparky's got the pole.   I needed a Sea Fury, Tigercat and Yak to
round out the field.

You don't get to catch more than 2 unlimiteds in a shot during a race very often.
