P-51 VR-HIU

Hello, friends !

I read, that one P-51 Mustang was registered in Hong Kong as VR-HIU,  and I am looking for any pictures (photos, profiles, drawings) of this P-51 with "VR-HIU" registrations, painted on it.

Does such images exists ? Or these letters were never painted on this plane ?

Who can help me ?

go to the man page for mustangsmustangs and enter vr-hiu into the search area, it will  give you the previous and current reg. no for this aircraft, unfortunately it does not have any phots with the VR-HIU reg. no

with regards to VR-HIR this mustangs started out as A68-192 crashed  and rebuilt using 44-72917 while in HK it was rebuilt and painted as No 3 Sqn RAAF then to England as G-HAEC
it now flies as Big Beautiful Doll  I think i have a photo of it as VG-HIR but i will have to find it
